研究领域
材料加工设备:材料加工设备(铸造和焊接设备)的研究和应用。焊接耗材的开发,焊接设备(逆变电源)的研究,新型焊接工艺的研究。铸造合金材料、工艺的改进研发;铸造设备、铸造生产线的研究改进。电磁感应加热电源、工装和感应器的设计。
材料加工工艺:焊接、铸造过程中传热传质的数值研究。铸造过程中液体金属的流动和传热数值分析,铸造合金成分、组织和性能的研究。电磁感应加热技术与工艺。
软件设计与开发:基于Visual Fortran的材料加工工艺软件开发,主要面向焊接、铸造加工过程,涉及材料加工工程、金属材料学、计算传热学、计算流体力学、换热等工程物理领域。
目前主要做电磁感应熔炼、钎焊和热处理方面的工作
